CREATIVES - CONTENT
MANAGER, 2 to 5 years experience

EXECUTIVE, Fresh grad to 2 years experience

PROJECT-BASED, at least 1 year experience, with medical-writing knowledge

Reports to the Senior Creative Manager and Creative Director; leads and/or takes on support roles for assigned projects from various active/upcoming clients. Handles copy-related research, pitch writing, concept brainstorming, development, and execution of content (AVP and event scripts, communications, mechanics development, etc).
 

FULL-TIME MANAGERS: At least 2 to 5 years of relevant expertise and proven skills and achievements in the role in the advertising industry.

FULL-TIME EXECUTIVES: Fresh grads, or at least 2 years of relevant expertise and proven skills and achievements in the role in the advertising industry.

PROJECT-BASED: At least 2 years of relevant expertise and proven skills and achievements as a writer, with an interest, knowledge, or experience in HEALTH, SCIENCE, and MEDICAL-related content writing.

Competitive salary package depending on proven experience and apparent skillset. Work-from-home, but may be asked to join on-ground productions with safety protocols and BBX-covered antigen or RT-PCR testing depending on need.

HUMAN RESOURCEs MANAGER
(2-5 years experience)

The HR MANAGER is a generalist role that acts as the liaison between, and project manager for, the PARTNERS and employees, ensuring productive planning and communication of employment-related tasks, and prompt resolution of requests, questions, concerns, and other matter.

 

Together with the Managing Partner for HR and Culture, the HR MANAGER will be proposing, overseeing, and executing memos, procedures, policies, and processes, as well as employee engagement, training and career plans (also in collaboration with BBX's Org Dev and Training consultants).

 

Together with the Admin Executive for Finance, the HR MANAGER will also be assisting in the tracking in the leaves and benefits roll-outs for all employees.

With at least 2+ years of relevant expertise and proven skills and achievements in the HUMAN RESOURCES role, and with relevant educational background in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psych, and other related fields.

Salary range: around PHP25,000.00 NET of taxes and mandatories, depending on proven experience and apparent skillset, plus varied premiums such as year-end incentives, as well as competitive lifestyle and support benefits (such as subsidized professional mental health support, HMO upon regularization, and other benefits). 6 months probation, with semi-annual opportunities for promotion for measurable success in the role.

Reports to the Senior Account Manager (for managers) and assigned Account Manager (for executives); takes on assigned clients and the corresponding projects therein with assistance.

 

Leads (managers) and assists (executives) in the handling of relationship management and client liaison from briefing, presentation, execution, and post-event reporting; collaborates closely with executing team on fulfilment of deliverables, providing client-centric insight.

 

MANAGERS require at least 2 to 5 years of relevant expertise and proven skills and achievements in the role in the advertising or creatives industry. Fresh graduates welcome to apply for EXECUTIVE positions.
